Does anyone got the phone call from the Visa offices?

Last week I got one phone call from " blocked number",but I didn't answer because I didn't know who was calling me.
Now, I am wondering if it were the phone call from the visa office what is the number should display on my phone screen?

my dad got a call which said 'international call' on the phone but he couldn't understand them so he hung up. so i'm wondering if it was the visa people!
