where is applications ? I'm logged in to my account

1. Log into your MyCIC account
2. Go to the section called “applications”
3. Find the application called “permanent residence” and click on it
4. Review and validate the information on the pre-filled form (transferred from your Express Entry profile)
5. Complete the remaining questions
6. Obtain the documents which you must submit with your application (see “checklist” for details)

Your spouse has Canadian work experience? I was wondering that foreign work experience does not have any points so why they are asking for employment record?

Not required. everything you required is to best of your ability to put what info is correct and supporting document. They simply believe and some point of time you may need to prove(if not now after some years too who knows).

Sorry Guys as i may be asking the same question someone already asked but i tried searching and felt little tough. Any help appreciated.
I received ITA in last draw (27 march)under CEC!!! Hoooooohuuuuu.

Couple of questions i have is :

1. I have claimed my spouse CEC also and i got 5 points for that and if i remove that also i will get ITA as per today's CRS. I can accept the invitation and per instructions as i recalculated removing the 5 points and still in the ITA range mentioned.
2. Do CEC applicants need to submit only experience gained in Canada or all my 10 yrs experience i mentioned in EE??
3. My child is Canadian by birth but it is asking for his details and added as applicant.I removed him as applicant by dropping number of family to 2 and explanation with that he is born canadian.
4. My US PCC is not yet received but i will add covering letter with explanation and required proof that i took fingerprinting,courier details etc
5. Can i pay required fees using Indian credit card ??
6. Does the proof of funds required for ITA rcvd under CEC?? I am in india and have TD account and cannot get the official statement from bank for my available funds.Can i show my property document of land,flat etc and gold i have.
7. Earlier my spouse applied for PR(paper one last year) and i am in the application and now this is my application. Do i answer yes to previous application for PR as yes and if so UCi should be my UCI or my spouse's UCI??


Application filing is in progress so please expect more questions and every help from you is highly appreciated.

Not required. everything you required is to best of your ability to put what info is correct and supporting document. They simply believe and some point of time you may need to prove(if not now after some years too who knows).

No need to certify the copies!? We just scan and upload our documents?

That will save time and money, please confirm this point.

Isn't it too early for medical if they haven't approved the application yet?

Proof of relationship? I suppose if we got relatives who are actually residing in Canada?

Guys, any idea? I really need advice.

If you get the ITA in the next draw,you have 60 days to send your application ,I think your documents will be sent back to you by CIC till then and you can use them again for EE if your FSW2014 application get rejected due to any reason such as cap filling or etc.
