I'm sure someone has asked this before, but I have gone through a few of the threads and cannot find an answer to my question.

Was wondering how others went about presenting their proof documents (ie. emails, photos, etc.). It says to provide them as "loose", but on the application form, there are areas where it says "Provide photos" (ie. wedding, trips). So did you write on the back of any copies/photos "This related to question X of X Document" or anything? Or simply put it all in a large folder and just leave it to them to weed through? I want to make it neat n' tidy for them, but also want to follow their instructions

Many thanks

Since most of my photos were digital, I added them to a Word document. I put the name of wife in the header, along with the form number and the related question number. For the questions relating to our visits, I put a table in the document that showed our destination(s), the dates, the number of nights, etc. as a quick summary. Then I inserted digital copies of our boarding passes and the related pictures in chronological order after that. Each photo was captioned to show the date, location, and the names of the people in the picture.

I won't know until we get Decision Made as to whether or not it works, but that's how I approached it. Seemed better organized than a bunch of pictures that could easy get unsorted and out of order.
