Document from US have FNU

Hello Everyone, Good Day !
Received ITA in Feb 2021 ( CEC).
All my professional experience and financial documents are from USA and it says FNU on my documents because there was no last name on passport while I was in US.
I have last name name now in Canada ( Renewed my Indian passport in Canada and added last name)
Do I need to provide LOE to IRCC while submitting my US documents or any legal document is needed.
Any experience on similar issue and solution or action taken will be appreciated.

Provide a brief explanation in your LOE. Also, there's an FAQ on a US Visa site (I think USTravelDocs) explaining FNU. You can include a snapshot of it.
