Document checklist. Supporting Documents question 3.

I'm filling out the forms and just need a bit of help.

I had two questions, but I can only remember one right now.

On the checklist under supporting documents number 3, accompanying children additional information.
Since the dependent is on the application only because shes a minor, and for immigration purposes only, but the dependent is not coming with us. It asks me yes or no if I've included children in this application that will receive a visa the same time as the applicant. Do I say NO and move on to question 4??

My second question is.
Why does the checklist 5533 not have 5669 listed? I looked up 5669 and it says it has to be filled out for 5289 applications. So why isn’t it on the checklist??

You already answered your own question. The child isn't coming, so she will not receive a visa.

IMM5669 doesn't need to be on the checklist because it is requested after submitting the app.
