Document checklist missing

Hello,

Do you have to click 'submit' on your ITA for the document checklist to appear?

My document checklist is not there and the 'submit' button which was there is missing. I have not submitted the ITA and the 90-day countdown is still going.

You will have to submit. Checklist will be personalized and thus generated after you have submitted ITA profile. In other words checklist is based on the information you have provided in ITA application. It is does not appear immediately, then you should wait and clear the browser cache before doing it again. There was also a scheduled maintenance for CIC, and this could also be the cause of your submit application not appearing. Wait and try from another browser !

After a couple of days, I am still missing the 'submit' button. Is this normal? I still need to complete the last section.

I followed your advice but it makes no difference. I tried to submit a technical problem report but it asks for my UCI number. I don't think I have a UCI number at this stage (ITA for PR). I only have an application number.

Yes, you were right about the scheduled maintenance session. I noticed that when there is scheduled maintenance that the website gets exceptionally slow and does not save properly so I usually log out.

Once you have completed all the sections of yourself, and dependents, you will have these three options down.

You will select Continue to get your personalized checklist ! If you are not getting the options as above, there might be incomplete sections ! Please recheck and Your status for all the sections should be Complete in Green color.

Let the maintenance be over and try again !!
