Document checklist for sponsor

Hi, I was wondering why CIC would ask for a photocopy of the Sponsorship Agreement when all other application forms have to be the original.

May be because as a sponsor we are responsible for applicant to provide with basic requirements for the first 3years....and thats why they want us to keep the original signed copy for our record, so dat later ppl don't complain abt it, dat/if they can't provide those necessity to one......dats wat i think !!
