I am conventional refugee in canada and I have made power of attorney for my immovable property in India and want to get it attested by Indian high commission but BLS told me as I don’t have my original Indian passport I need to get pre approval first from embassy and if they approve then only they will attest.does anyone has experience with that
 
I have experience with a country that recognizes the Apostille stamp (India also accepts it). If you're in Ontario, you can get this stamp from select Service Ontario locations (check their website) but you need to notarize it first and translate it if it is not in English or French , and then send the apostilled Power of Attorney to India without needing to visit the Indian Consulate.

How can indians claim asylum easily in canada? I dont get it
