Document after PR Application

My employer gave me a standard job/work letter. However, it did not include my "duties/responsibilities".
I got a job description printout that was stamped by my HR Department this week after my PR application was submitted that has my "duties/responsibilities" on it.

Do I need to submit this? If so, how?
