Dear fahsan,
I haven't yet had my MCCEE exam.. I am still doing my best in studying. I am studying from Toronto notes which is 1500 pages (which is the most famous source for studying MCCEE), you can get it from your university or medical college's library (or any other famous medical library in the area you are in), if that is not possible, then you can order it from online, either through their website http://www.torontonotes.ca/ or amazon.com (though this site will take a while, maybe a couple of months or so till the books reach you)... If you are in a hurry, have access to a printer & do not mind getting it as a soft copy, then you could get it for less from their site as well http://www.torontonotes.ca/ . When you purchase it from the site, it comes with other facilities as color atlas, ECG & heart sounds training.
Other methods to obtain any book from online would be to make a search using its name in any online search engine (though that isn't very right).
You'll need a question bank. CanadaQbank is a good site, but with a subscription fee. Still you can make a trial test & get your result & all ... http://www.canadaqbank.com/index.php
For free MCCEE questions online, you will have to search.. A free one which I have stumbled upon is http://usmlemd.wordpress.com/2010/01/01/free-mccee-questions/
A friend of mine who has passed MCCEE & even MCCQE1 thought Toronto notes with too big a book, & studied from USMLE step 2 first Aid book which is about 500 pages only (plus adding only a few chapters from Toronto notes, I think that they were ethics, pediatrics & another chapter which I cannot remember right now)..
Well.. that's what I do know.. you'll find other posts in this thread as well..
best wishes,
