Do we need to submit the Job description for each job back in my country as part of work history

Hi All

I have already submitted the EE profile and my past experience include experience in India and Canada (Current)
I have about 3 years of experience after my graduation and 2 year after my post graduation

I do have relieving letters of all companies i have worked in India but i got to know that to match the NOC code with Job Description it is required to share a letter from company where Job description is clearly mentioned and that should be shared with IRCC
Is that something everybody doing when submitting documents after ITA?

Also my spouse is also working in Canada and he has prior experience in India, in CRS calculator there is no question for spouse foreign work experience is it fine if we skip adding the spouse experience in India and only add Canadian work experience?
