Hi - You need to wait to receive your AOR. If you have already got it...send out the mail to CIC informing about the change of your passport details with the covering letter

Do what Ravi has written + either scan your passport (page with the photo and info) and send email with everything to: CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca
or copy your passport pages and send everything with your details by mail to:

Any (listed below) change after you had dispatch the application should be informed to CIC - but it is good to do that after getting the AOR as it will be easy for the officer to related thing on the basis of file number and actually including the change information (document) with the original application.

Below are the few changes should be informed to the CIC -

Passport (renew expire lost etc.)
Addition to family
Change of Credit card (in case previous one lost) /email ID /communication address
Marital status

Here are my details that may help you:

I am in Canada on closed WP for past 04 years. I applied for PR in Nov 2013 and got married in Dec 2013 in my home country. I informed CIC about change in my marital status when I returned (alone). CIC asked me to send additional document to add my wife as an accompanying dependent on my PR application. I sent her documents only when she arrived In Canada on visitor visa (dependent). We applied for her OWP as soon as she arrived in Canada (which we got within two months) so that she could have worked in Canada until we receive our PR.

Also One more thing I want to ask that I got US Visa too and I went US so do I need to tell this thing too to CIC ???

Yes, Inform them ASAP.

Send them New Passport pages. And also mail the printed pages. To confirm your documentation received by CIC...
