I am post June applicant and My NOC is 2121, applied sep2010, Visa office: Delhi. I received the medical request today march20.
They have requested me to send the passport and marriage related stuff like photographs and pay fee.
DO I have to send passport, I mean original? [glow=yellow,2,300]They request fee also?
I am confused why they ask passport together with the medical?
[/glow]

Thanks in advance

No worries. You should celebrate. They are about to issue your visa. Yes you send original passport as they requested so.

Cheers

thanks mezzo.
They have asked me to;

  • Completion of medical for yourself and spouse.
  • pay the right for permanent resideny fee for yourself and spouse.
  • Marrige photo of yourself and spouse and marrige attached questionarre form
  • valid passport or travel document for yourself and spouse

They have not written like original or photocopy, but just written "send passport of yourself and spouse".
How can I send and how much fee I have to pay $490? This is only for applicant or both (applicant and spouse) Is this bank draft?

@KKKKK. Yes original passports. And $490 each . $490 for you and $490 for ur spouse. Money order or bank draft.

Congrats again KKKK. Which CHC you applied in I know ND usually ask for MR along with RPRF and PPR in one package... It is indeed a good idea as it saves some stepwise waiting phases... In most CHC, however, MR and PPR comes in subsequent steps and each phase made considerable waiting period in between... Great to see post June 26 2010 applicant are receiving their MR within 6 months......at least unlike many of us fast track has been rightly working for them!!!Good luck...

congrats....as of now only new delhi visa office has asked for passports along with medical requests.....

all the best....send ur original passports (u and spouse) and a bank draft for 42880 INR or 980 CAD....

make sure the DD is payable at New Delhi.....

In the DD, the beneficiary name should be "Canadian High Commission" if u take it in INR....if u r planning to make it in CAD, then the beneficiary name should be "The Receiver General for Canada".....

All the best !!!! :)

Shareen

In many cases there will not be a negative - digital and instant print cameras don't produce them.
The idea in the past was an "un-retouched negative" could be used to authenticate an image, with digital it can be done, but it is not common at all.
