Do I must send my transcript in English or in my own language to the WES?

Hi, I'm gonna send my documents to WES. The required documents:
1.Academic Transcript(must be mailed)
2.Academic Transcript-English Translations(must be uploaded)
3.Degree Certificate(must be uploaded)
4.Degree Certificate-Translation(must be uploaded)

Should Academic Transcript that must be mailed be in English?

Submit the translation and the transcript both. Original is not in English, which is why you have a translation, right?

I can take English transcript from my school. Do I have to post the transcript to WES the English one or in my own language? Either way I need to upload English one to the system.

If you post the one in your own language, you'll have to send the translation with it.
