Do ecase become unaccessable after DM?

Hi,
I got DM status on 25th May, but no letter is received till date, after that last week my status was again RBVO and inside DM line was disappeared, now today I cannot access my online status, have they removed my file number? anyone with the same situation?

Not yet, at 1st it was DM and written inside was "a decision has been made for your case and we sent you a letter on 22nd May"

But after that status was again RBVO and written inside was "we sent you aletter on 22nd May" and the decision made line was disappeared. and also my address was disappeared. and now today my ecase disappeared
