Seniors, ecas status changed to DECISION MADE on 21 Feb, 2010, after IN PROCESS, PRE-JUNE case, noc 4131. In response to query to the London VO asking application actual status, the VO thus replied:


Thank you for your enquiry.

Please be advised that a letter was sent on February 28 to the mailing address on file via TCS.

We ask that you wait for the mail to arrive before requesting any further information.

My queries:

1.The vo did not clearly tell the application status, rather it gave a poor reply. Does the wording of the vo reply suggest clearly Rejection, or something positive? Please elaborate.

2. If it is rejection, how many days are there within which the applicant can
1. request reconsidearation/review 2. appeal?

3. As per the vo reply, the letter was sent on 28 Feb via TCS, and it has not been received as yet,after 14 days now. How many days does a couriered mail take to reach Pakistan in maximum?





PMM replied thus:
It is quite possible that they have sent you a MR as note the Immigration and Medical Services Division in the address. (Seems odd though)

Forumer Ezinne also says the same thing!

What do u think regarding whether it is REJECTION or MR, please? I m waiting for vo reply, though upsettingly!

Unfortunately if you really want to know about it then I can guarantee that's it's 100 percent rejection.

It can be further document request.In my case i was requested for orignal IELTS and my MBA degree and after

submitting them i recieved medical request after i think 4 months.

So, dont be panic and wait for their response.

People whom got rejected get the rejection letter in no time but for us it’s taking a long time which making me believe it’s other than rejection letter.

Were you able to submit your original IELTS? I have the same requirement but I had problem with my IELTS as it was already forwarded to them last May 2010 and as of now it was already expired. Did you took another test or you think just a copy of the result which I'd submitted to them before will do?

The wait is over its official got rejected.
D.M. was on Feb 21st but yesterday I got it from my lawyer it seems he was sleeping on it
.....No comment...

They have awarded me only 20 points for education as I have two bachelor degrees and 19 years of studying that should be 22 points and this would add the total to 67points I was given only 65points.
I am writing an appeal and will see what comes out of it.
