I can say that because I am a permanent resident of Canada and just like Canadian citizens have every rights to work n live in this country.. Since I reside here Canadian laws apply to me if I was not on the other hand they might have not. As simple as that..

Any one joining the litigation is a fool and wasting money.. This is a done deal.. Cases before Feb 2008 are closed and disposed off.. Nothing can be done now..it's sad but now it's part of the law regretfully.. And you guys should have understood by now no one can fight cic as it's integral...

In my case it only took 3 days to get passports back after decision made.. Decision made oh Tuesday and got pps back on Thursday... Happy waiting u r almost there.. ;))
