My wife was applying for an unrelated visa which was denied based on answering no to a question similar to:
IMM5669 6.d have you ever been refused a visa to Canada or another country.
So there was a US tourist visa which she was denied due to failure to bring enough supporting documents to prove intent of visit and ties to home country for the interview. She reapplied later and got it.
I went back and checked all the PR process forms and sure enough it has a question just like that. And we answered no to 6.d and CIC will easily notice the discrepancy. The application is not yet past the approval of sponsor stage. Is there a way to correct that form and re-submit it to CIC somehow?
