I ordered my GCMS notes and found this. On the CIC website it shows the hours should be 1560 and here the VO is asking for review for 1550 hours...and when I sent the file I calculated my hours on ROE's and first ROE had 461hr and the second has 647hours and the total was more then 1800 and I even verified it with the lawyer before applying just to make sure if I meet the requirement....Any Input will be appreciated on this. My Timeline is Applient Feb2014, AOR recieved March 2014 and nothing after that

And Do you suggest something. I went to Service canada to get the ROE's again as I sent my originals with the file. I have copies of the ROE's again do you think I should send them the copy or what should I do?

A possible issue: Any week where you had more than 30 hours is "full-time" and you can only count a maximum of 30 hours.

For example:
week 1 20 hours
week 2 28 hours
week 3 38 hours (change to 30)
total hours = 78 hours (not 86).

If that is not the issue - were any of your ROEs printed on two sides (front and back side of the page)?

Here you go , "Jes_ON" has arrived ;D

Hello Jes_On,

I dont think so the ROE's had anything on the other side. The second case that you said about the hours could be right however If he says 1550 is the total can they still do something when the required hours are 1560?

It will go to review. The first VO already gave you until the lock-in date, so there's no room to provide a new letter. A senior VO will review. If you're short by just 10 hours, then the senior VO might cut you some slack. The fact that you were educated here and everything else looks good may help. But that's 50/50 at best. Remember, 1 year (or the 1 year equivalent) is the MINIMUM ...

Unfortunately, it will probably be some time before you hear anything else. You might want to start working on plan B...
