Different NOC's

Out of my 9 years of experiences a few years match with the NOC lists and others do not match. Can I include my experiences with gaps excluding those that don't match. For ex.,

Aug 2010 to Feb 2015 (NOC 0111)
Apr 2009 to Aug 2010 (NOC 1212)

Apr 2005 - Feb 2007 (NOC 1112)

Feb - 2007 to Feb 2009 is with Goldman Sachs and they do not provide experience letter as a practice (on their relieving letter) and I don't have any one from whom I can get a affidavit for this.

Question 1 ) Will a gap like this have an adverse effect on my PR?
Question 2) Will the different NOC's have a negative impact.

Make NOC 0111 as your primary NOC.
