DIDNT GET MY MEDICAL PACKAGE from New york OFFICE to india

HI There....

I didnt get my medical package from NY Office, but recieved e-mail stating that u need to send the medical report within 30 days.
I sent a FAX, e-mail saying that I didnt receive medical package to my communication address

No reply

1) Do i need to wait for them (Immigration canada) to reply ?
2) How do i extend that 30 days of time ?
3) Learnt that NY office is poor in responding.

I am really worried as the deadline is nearing.

Please suggest what can be done.

Did they mention when they sent the medical package to ur address, I think they usually send by canada Post and it may take time to reach india, check with ur local post office

Its been mentioned in the e-mail that they sent on Feb 09 th 2010.
Since they have didnt get any medical record from me they sent a remainder mail.

Gap of 6 months is unlikely.
I checked with post man, he says no idea.
