Did you get an acknowledgement message after submitting a IRCC Webform???

Same here! I have submitted document through Webform on June 4, 2024 and have not yet received a confirmation email. Since then I have called IRCC and they do not see the document on my application. Resubmitted document through webform and it is all the same. Any suggestions on next steps?

IRCC is very disorganized it takes weeks and sometimes many months to acknowledge, and sometimes they won't acknowledge at all. it is painful, you have no other option other than calling and checking

I assumed a numerical UCI had been updated in your GcKey and you are also using the same UCI in the web form, right?

I called today to get updates on my pending applications, if someone mindful gets connected you can get the update as on which assessment your application is on otherwise they got no answers. I got my update but they can't do anything to rush in your application though.
Do contact them if your application goes beyond the processing times mentioned as they attach a note for the main team as mentioned by her.

Also I did get the acknowledgement mail, if you don't you ll get a direct mail with response. But asking via webform feels useless as they just reply back with useless info. Better call and talk to some agent.

Hello, have you received the acknowledgement. the same situation is with me. I have sent webform on 15 july 2024, on 26 july I called IRCC they said we haven’t received your webform and resubmit it. but still didn’t receive the acknowledgment yet. have you received the acknowledgment?

I raised my webform 5 times, just because the agent said they have not received it and i have not received any acknowledgement email for my any webform. Now i am afraid that this will not affect my ongoing file hopefully

I saw message sent confirmation on the Webform browser, but no acknowledgement email from IRCC.

I used to get acknowledgement email for Webform Enquiry when I sent the Webform outside Canada in Europe.

Yes, I have sent a bunch of webforms since IRCC made a mistake on my Work Permit where they did not put my Exempt# for LMIA nor my employer, so all the time I sent webforms I was receiving an email like this one from this sender:

I have a pr application which i submitted recently, and I got my temporary file number nor aor , and just submitted 2 documents through webform using TFN and got a reply from ircc that they have received the those documents.
Can I know do we get another reply from ircc stating that those documents are added to pr application?
If yes, how many days it will take?
