It's NOT normal to get BVL 24 hours after biometrics. BVL is received once your application has been processed and a decision is imminent.
No they lodged their file in april and may so their files were already processed. Their medicals were updated. So they got their BVL. But their results are pending yet. Its just because passport stamping for all is not available yet. Once it resume they'll receive their result
Exactly, so why are you comparing their files to yours? You only lodged your application in June so your file has most likely not been processed yet. Once your file is processed, they will send you your bvl and your decision will hopefully follow after.
No some of them lodged their files even after 4th june (the day i lodged my file). Moreover they received PPR. So that's why I'm objecting. First come first serve policy is nowhere . Hope we'll get our result before 6th August.

First come, first serve doesn't work in this case unfortunately
. It depends on where your file is being processed and the complexity of each case.I don't think it's any sign at all. There are a lot of moving parts in the process, which has been made even more complicated with the whole covid thing. For my first application it took about 2 weeks after eligibility started to get PPR. For my second application, there was NO movement AT ALL on my application for 7 weeks - not even upfront medical update or eligibility was started. Then, within an hour everything happened at once.
