2 weeks of nothing after receiving bvl( study permit outside of Canada )

Hello everyone,posting for the first time.
As the title says,I am andrudy permit applicant outside of Canada, because I had done my biometric for previous application so I don’t need to do it again. I received my BVL on June 13 ,and nothing since then (today is June 27) not a single update yet.

I’m wondering is it normal to wait for that long,and does it indicate a positive or negative sign.

A decision has been made on your application. Register on the IRCC application tracker. You will find a visa and study permit number in therein if you are approved.

A decision has been made on your application. Register on the IRCC application tracker. You will find a visa and study permit number in therein if you are approved.

I have used the tracker and no decision yet,everything is in progress unfortunately.
