Did not meet RO and got decent job meanwhile in CA.

Hello,

I am in this situation where my RO is not meet, but I have secured a decent job in Toronto. I am currently residing in India.

If I go for the job and visit Canada (My PR card is not expired yet) , in worst case, I risk reporting at PoE, but as per law I would still be allowed to visit/enter.

Now beyond this what are the options? If I file H/C case, it will take about an year and I can continue with the job till that time.

Meanwhile what are the options, like immediate work visa , temporary work permit which would help me to continue with the job?

What should be best course in your view ?

Travel to Canada and try your luck at the border is the only option at the moment if you really want the job.

You can't apply for any type of temporary permit as you are still a PR. And if your PR status is ultimately revoked, then you would definitely need LMIA to get a work permit which isn't easy to get
