On page 8 in the checklist, where we confirm the signatures are provided on the given forms, I didn’t check NOT APPLICABLE for Additional Dependents Form as it was not included in the application.
Is the application going to be returned back for this?

Its recommended to write NA wherever not applicable. However, now its been already sent so its your luck. Just wait and watch.
