DHL SUCKS

Its very very disapointed us when Dhl dont deliver on time our documents come from Pak and its almost 12days we havnt got our package yet its really sucks all my education and police record documnets in that package and my due date is very close to send all my documents I dont know what should I do? when i search my package on DHL web site its says CLEARANCE DELAY I dont what the hell is that very very helpless.

Have you contacted DHL office at your location? if yes, what they replied? where you are going to recieve documents? I'm agree with you, 12 days are really longer period but depend on situation, i'm not sure what to say. What was last destination or any updated information before " Under Clearance"?

Yes I talk here in my destination place and they say its in customs i dont know y they r in customs it just simple documents.....and when i email the dhl from where they had sent the documents (pak) they said its in miami hub and i will get it soon i dont know whts going on..... please advice

Keep your receipt of shipment and all correspondence from DHL, you need to show that in case you get late in submission of your documents.

DHL is the worst courier when it comes to international delivery, but some people choose that because they are cheaper than FedEx and UPS and also actually they don't know much about their service, they are also in the line of bankruptcy right now.
