Deportation on Police certificate!

Hi all

My spouse and I are from two different countries (I am the sponsor Greek-Canadian) outland, and she is Macedonian. She had overstayed her visitor visitor visa and was deported from Greece. She in good standing now her bann has been lifted but the incident is recorded. This the police certificate is showing the incident. Mind you that this is not a criminal charge but it is there,
We were thinking not to mention anything in our apps but first of all we do not feel good about lying and secondly the VO will ask for this . She is producing one from her country which is clear but still......
Do you all think that if we produce it and mention it in our apps and explain how it happened do you think that the VO will not approve her?
We are on a threshold here

Your best bet is to explain, and also tell them that she is now in good standing.
