I have a question about my Canada PR immigration-related. I have a valid work permit for myself and my dependent spouse and daughter up to November 2022. However, I have applied for Canada PR about 6 months ago and the application status is in progress. The application is for only myself and dependents are not included due to insufficient CRS score. Here my query is - once I receive my PR application result, What will happen to my dependent's status? Since they are in Canada along with me, do they need to apply for any amendment to continue their stay in Canada or there will be no change in their status? I hope, I explained the issue.
