There r some exam centers overseas in case you were not able to go to Canada. This year, in addition to Canada, it will be also held in London, England.

I am quite disappointed that they have stopped taking application till further notice, has anyone got any update how is going to effect new applicants.
I am an Indian Dentist living in UK (not-Practicing), with 1.5 years of experience in India. Will I qualify?? Will they even have dentists in the new list? When will this new list be out?
So Very Frustrated right now cant tell.

MABUHAY!! hmmm mga pilipino dentist po diyan :)) anu po ba maipapayo niyo saken eto po ang situation ko:(this is my situation)

Iam currently studying in university of the pihilippines as 1st year proper student. Now my immigrant visa that we waited for so long finally came and i know that it has an expiration for 6 months. What is your suggestion? will i continue my studies here and finish dentistry for 4 years. Then apply another application in canada after i graduate? Or ill accept my fate and live in canada and leave my studies in UP. currently we are not well establish in canada and still were coping for stability. Because i only have my mother in Alberta supporting me.

After i graduate as a Dentist is it sure that i can practice there in Canada a 100%??

Hi nick!
I would advise you to go for your immigrant visa, grab the opportunity.
You may come back for your study in Phils, but if you plan to live in canada for good,,it would be better to continue dentistry there.
Dentists are one of the regulated profession in the country. If u are a filipino licensed dentist and want to practice in Canada,,, you need to study again for 2-3yrs and should pass their licensure exams. It would really cost a fortune!!

No one one knows if it is worth waiting for you to apply on 2013,,let's wait for the new rules. However one proposed changes would be credential assessment, I'm not sure how it will effect regulated profession like dentists.

FSW category receives PR visa unlike student visa has only temporary residency.

Hello everyone,
If I rewrite the ielts exam now, will they consider my previous results?

They will consider your previous ielts exam as long as it is less than 2 yrs.

Hello everyone,

I have ielts score with 6.5 on july 2011,so I would like to rewrite ielts again on december 2012 to apply on 2013,though I am eligible to apply as of now, I would like to improve my points . But my worry is, if I write ielts again and if I get less than 6.5 to apply on 2013, will I be able to apply previous ielts results for the application? plz reply..

guys any information about french exam-TEF??? I want to apply in jan 2013.. I am giving ielts exam in aug 2012 and expecting good score.... but even if i score 16 points in ielts I will still need 1 point to reach 67... and I think TEF is the only option for me... but I dont know how difficult is the exam? and is it like if i score 1 point in any module (listning/speaking/writing/reading), will get 1 point? pls guide me... :-[

Hi Raje..
I have heard that TEF is tough because french is very new and unknown language.. Even I tried to write TEF but I could not, i felt its not soo easy as english..If u r able grasp launguage fast and if u already know the launguage then its fine..and if u r not aware of launguage then it is bit tough to write TEF with in 6months.

well dentist19,
thanx fr ur reply.... i have little basic knowledge about french..... but i heard too that its really tough exam... let see... any idea what kind of changes going to be there in jan-2013???????
