Dear Seniors, and Dr. Hasib,

I purchased CAIPS notes for a detailed explanation of my Visa Officer's decision. They did not give me a point in adaptability since my husband was not able to finish his post secondary education. On the application i sent, there was a letter i made explaining his ongoing technical course in welding. Now, he just finished it last June and we can provide his certificate/diploma.

Do you think, sending a letter of appeal will help my application? I only lack 2 points :'( :'( :'( Will it be through email or courier addressed to the designated Visa Officer??? To summarize, my application was received by the VO and i already got an AOR.

I would really appreciate for any inputs. Thank you.

you can send your VO by mail(courier):
your husbands copy of diploma certificate+ transcrips with a cover letter(+copy of refusal letter) advising them to consider your application once again. remember, only diploma certificate will not suffice, there must be transcript.
if they consider to reopen your file again then that's good but if not, then reapply..

Hi all,

dentist from India. Got my pr and moving to toronto next month.

I got a good idea about NDEB and wanted to ask a quick question if any of the forum seniors have knowledge about how a foreign trained dentist with 5 yrs exp can become dental hygienist? any personal experiences? what is the process and time frame to be one. i am quiet certain it is less than NDEB. I am sure lot of people might see it as an alternate before they can start the NDEB process.

Hi Dr. Hasib . It's N.J again , i have a couple of questions and i need your help if u dont mind .
Remember i told u that am a self employed dentist from Palestine .
I got my Ielts score , and it was 8.5 . so i guess am ready to apply now as a dentist since i already past the points required .
anyway my problem is in the experience certificate . Before that i used to get a paper from the Dnetal association stating that i won my clinic and practice dentistry in it according to the regualtions . through my reading in ur forum i noticed that u said that self employed dentists should get referral letters from dentists and some other letters from pateints .
so i need u to send me the form for both ..
here in palestine it is hard to get tax extract and the only paper i can get is the dental association paper , do u think it is enough ??

dear congrats. I think this forum should now discuss oppurtunities for dentists- hygienists -dental assistants in canada.we should share information regarding their wages per hour and how often canadian dentists prefer to keep new immigrants as employees. Wht we foreign dentists will do immedialy on landing bcoz most of us are experienced and have families to feed. Pl comment.
