denied work permit because of NBI

Hi

I just recently applied for work permit thru online at CIC. I was denied because the letter says I was unable to provide the NBI. Which I did attach and the system has a system prompt PROVIDED. I emailed them together with the letter of refusal and documents submitted in CIC with the details in which it says PROVIDED but still no response how could I get in touch with them? it's been a month already. please help thank you

There is a form to submit case specific inquiry on CIC website. Also you could send email to your local embassy's official email with all details.

It happened to me before. When CIC requested for my NBI, i uploaded it online and got the confirmation as well that it was provided. Right after that I was too concerned as I didnt get response from them and my application timeframe was almost over. What I did is that I emailed the Embassy to inquire whether they really received my NBI and only to find out that it was not received though online it says Provided. They then asked to send my NBI as an attachment to the their response. After just a day I got my visa approval.
