Pls has anyone received study permit from Ghana embassy my application has been at the embassy since November last year no update till now

That’s outrageous. Highly impossible. 4 months seems too much for study permit from Ghana. Maximum is 3 months. Check with your agent or check email or online status. A decision has already been made. Leave your email for further communication
