Delay after Additional PCC?

Hello All!
Is it normal that additional PCC request will delay an application significantly?
April 25th AOR
20th June Additional PCC Requested
4th July submitted
The documents section status changed: being uploader>being reviewed>no additional documents needed.

Since mid-July, nothing has changed in the application.
It will be 5 months tomorrow.
Should I panic? Anyone else in a similar situation?

Looks like your application is at the local Visa Office. If that is the case, it will take some time in processing. Try to find out where is your file by mailing or calling CIC.
