on 30th December my Ecas Permanent Residence Application Status was changed to Decision Made... and now what's the next move?!

If you applied outland, you will wait for your COPR in the mail and then you can land.

If you applied inland you will have to wait for your local CIC office to contact you with a landing date/time.
