Good evening, folks.

I just got my "Decision Made" and was wondering about timelines before getting the oath letter (or denial). Can you please share your timeline if you just completed the process?

Many thanks!

Thanks for sharing Imran. It looks like it's a sheet based on the new 4/6 rule. I applied under the 3/4 rule, don't know if there is any significant difference between both cases.

Anyone else care to advise?

My decision was made on September 22 and my oath is October 17. You should hear soon.

Thanks Beesee. Do you recall when you got the letter or had your eCas updated with oath details?

I was away on vacation when the status changed online. I don't know how much time passed between Decision Made and them actually creating the note of them sending the letter, but it couldn't have been more a few days.

Gotcha! Did you get a regular letter by mail?

Hello good people,

Dear all,

Finally, I got the oath letter. Thanks for everyone.

We sent you a notice on October 19, 2016 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on November 17, 2016 at 10:30 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us

Yes I'm in the same boat. Took my test over a month ago, decision made within 2-3 Days. No request for oath.

But from seeing you guys applied over 2 and a half years ago, I'd gladly wait to let go guys get in first. Is there anyone who did there test in Kitchener around the same date as me?
