Decision Made: Pre Feb 2008 Applicant

i applied under FSW category through simplified application process at the end of August 2007 and updated the requested documents in March 2009 and waited since for MR. i've just checked my application status from CIC website and found "Decision Made: we started processing your application on October 8, 2007. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision" what a joke!!!! i'm one of the litigants of Cecil L. Rotenberg, how come they made their decision when i'm under the lawsuit?? can anyone say what might be their decision??

Can any one coments on this

Today when I on line checked the status of file , got the message " A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."
Is this a good sign, cuz I think only few applicants got this updates status and on the other hand if it is for all this must be appear on all applicant status of FSW -pre FEB-2008.

That means his application is in fact terminated and all he can do is to wait for a refund of fees. Feel sorry but this is bitter reality. Hope he applies again in My 2013. good luck to him...

Have you ever apply for CAIPS ? if you have your CAIPS , what was against PSDEC: and SELDEC . How much mark you have got .
pl provide details of your CAIPS to understand other about the DM

I applied and got my CAIPS two months back and found they only allocated 10 points against my age and PSDEC, SELDEC all were "0" so I don't see any hope except rejection, however, i'm one of the litigants of Cecil L. Rotenberg. did your status still shows "In Process"? Have you applied for CAIPS?

mine too is Decision Made,i have informed about this to David Cohen(my lawyer for litigation)...As per my CAIPS got in early december only age marks were entered rest were as O...Dont know why it turns to DM as my case is in the court.
