Hello,
I need help to understand the process..
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on March 29, 2019.
  2. We started processing your application on June 26, 2019.
  3. We sent you medical instructions on May 22, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  4. Medical results have been received.
After medical I got phone call from Canadian's immigration New Delhi. I guess it was the interview I don't remember and they ask me to send some pics of wedding.

5. sent you correspondence on July 8, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Got pre- arrival letter. And first one in Oct,
Second one in November.

This is the last status.
And decision made.
Waiting for passport request..

It means either approved or denied. You need to wait for the next correspondance

Its 99% approved. You would have received a PFL already if it was going to be denied. Congratulations
What is PEL? Btw I forgot to mention that I got a mail in which said that
