Hello dear I need your help guys I’m done with my interview on sep 26 2023 but not get anything for medical after one year they ask me some of documents like proof of registration I submitted them again after 2 years now I get an email they said they are return my documents I don’t know why? Also I check on status said decision made what dose it means please help me? They are not telling us why they want return my document and I don’t know what dose it means decision made?

what were the exact words of the email. they usually say we sent you a correspondence?
Dear Sponsor(s) and Principal Applicant,
This email refers to the sponsorship application you submitted for the above mentioned person, under the Private Sponsorship of Refugee Program. Your submissions have been reviewed and there are missing documents. As a result, the application is incomplete and is being returned to you.
This is the email they are sending me.after received this email I check online it’s said decision made. I don’t if my application is rejected or still I have a chance.
The letter indicates that the application is being returned to you so it appears as though it was refused because it was incomplete. Were you not asked or your private sponsors to submit the missing information at an earlier date?
As cnuck said, it means your application is probably refused. i wonder if you or your sponsor recieved any correspondence in that time window?
We are not received any other else. So now what should I do with this case?
Impossible for any of us to comment without knowing why your applications was deemed incomplete. It is very unusual not to be contacted about an incomplete application before someone is denied. Have you been speaking to your sponsors?
You can either order it yourself or have your sponsor group help you order it from Canada. It may provide you with more details about what has happened with your application.
