Group 5 psr waiting for final decision

Hey guys, its good sharing stories here and brings some relief for those who are tired of waiting. My application was received on April 2022, and started processing on April 2024. Then between October and December, 2024, we finished security checks, interview and medical. I tried to dig and learned that my application is awaiting for final decision. Almost 38 months since application has been received.
Any ideas?????

We completed our interview 7 months ago, on October 2024 including the medical examination and full vaccinations in February 2025. Two days after the interview, we received a pre-arrival letter. Additionally, our application has been in process for 43 months. We are currently in Uganda, and our visa office is in Tanzania.

I got second interview after my first one went well back in 2024. Completed medicals and biometrics in 2024. Completed another medical in 2025. Now in 2026, I got second interview invitation. Any idea what that could be? Does anyone know someone that was interviewed twice?
