December Application OINP

Hi All,
I have a situation, my wife is the primary applicant and we have applied for OINP and Express Entry based on her score. In Feb 2016, we got PR of Australia and in the month of September, I left my job and moved to Australia. My wife came with me for a month and half and then again went back to the home country. She is still doing her job and is in the same company. We never communicated this thing to OINP.

So, do we need to tell OINP about it ? As I got nominated, is it possible to update my job details and location in Express Entry profile now ?

Finally!!!! Received my nomination today!!! ;D It wasn't easy...I was waiting since Sept 29th when I received my 'application moved for decision' email and every day since then was a painful wait, but I was hopeful looking at other's nomination. Many Thanks to everyone wishing me luck. My best wishes and lots of luck to everyone waiting for their nomination!!!

Maged Congraaaaaaats buddy, this is awesome really..i have received additional docs request today.. almost identical to the docs list that was requested from you,, pay stubs for the whole five years, updated POF, Job searches, Some client testimonies. i will be submitting all those into one fat PDF with a LOE and wish me luck i will PM you if i am done with all this.

all the best, in fact I sent separate PDFs zipped into one folder.

also I couldn't find payslips prior to Aug 2014 so I sent just that. and no hourly wage, only hours work per week

nice..i managed to find the pay receipts by chance hidden in a shoebox for the last 3 years at least ..the weird thing is that the request cane signed by a senior processing officer..does that mean anything?? Have i been forwarded by the analyst or do senior officers do the document requests these days?

the request I got was from an analyst, maybe in your case it will be processed faster

Do they ask all FSW applicants for job search proof? I saw on January applicants that some of them have been ( I am a FSW applicant inland but currently in school right now). Any one have any ideas? 8 am hoping this won't be an issue for me when they ask me

what I came to know is that you just need to fulfill their request to the best of your ability and justify any missing stuff, 100% fulfillment is not a must have but rather a nice to have.

Thank you best of luck that makes me feel better , I do have a letter from my old job that was classified federal skillled that if my papers go through they would be more than happy to rehire me . So i hope that would help.

I have received additional document request:

"WORK EXPERIENCE

-Copies of bank statements from a financial institution for a 12 -month period showing salary deposits from "current organisation"

-2013, 2014, 2015 Form 16.

-ALL pay stubs from your employment with "previous company 2" (May 2, 2011- Jan 10, 2013) as well as all pay stubs from your employment with "previous company 1" (April 1 2009- April 15, 2010).


SUFFICIENT FUNDS

-Most recent bank assessment showing all assets.
-6 months of most recent bank statements. The bank statements should show your name and account balance.
-Program criteria require that you possess sufficient funds to cover settlement costs in Ontario. Funds must be unencumbered, readily transferable in a convertible currency, cannot be locked for an unspecified period of time and supported by bank statements.

-Evidence to substantiate any large monthly bank deposit(s) and the source of these funds.


INTENT

-Job search efforts/job search log indicating dates, employer names, positions and any employer responses, including potential job offers in Ontario."
