December Application OINP

Hi guys. I am a 30th Dec applicant, just got additional docs request from AW.Really happy to hear anything from their part, any advise on this request would be much appreciated.

1. Copies of pay slips issued for 2015 and bank statements from bank showing deposits - I get my money in cash. Should I explain that in a LOE?

2. 6 months of recent bank statements. I have submitted bank statements on my husband's name with a letter in which he gives his approval for me to use the funds for EE. They request now a bank statement with an account with my name on it. Should I transfer all the money in a new account on my name and a LOE from where I have the money?

3. Original certified true copies of my university degrees. - my degrees are not in English originally, should I scan the original ones in my native language, or the certified translations? Or both?

I've got the same request and I receive salary in cash too. I'm going to scan income statements from my work and write an explanation letter and ask whether they need some other confirmation

Where can I find information on post-ITA process? Information like the required docs and the steps of the process.
Also, does my express entry application get frozen after we get ITA? My EE application will expire on 21 Nov.
