OINP has been a big let down.... with transparent communication/announcements, they could have at least brought more clarity to the applicants but they chose to keep mum and maximize the agony and anxiety of the waiting applicants.

OINP must decide quickly whether to issue NoM, PRL, rejections instead of prolonging the decisions on our applications.
We will at least have a decision. The uncertainty, lack of communication is indeed very stressful which only the applicants know.

No words of sympathy, empathy can be a substitute for the individual sufferings. :'( :'( :'(

May be some applicants may disagree. My apologies.

Same is the case with me. Its been almost a month after additional document request and despite repeated follow ups no responce from officer VK

Hello guys,

I am about to submit my eAPR these days but I didn't receive my nomination certificate. Should I answer Yes to this question (Has XXXXXX received a nomination certificate from a province or territory?)?
The certificate was supposed to be sent to my relative's address in Ontario but there wasn't anyone at home to sign when it arrived. My relative called Purolator and they told him there was a package from (citizenship and immigration canada) under my name and provided him with the tracking number but it was returned to the sender.
Should I call OINP to send it again?
Is it mandatory to submit it knowing that I created a new profile on which I received the nomination and it doesn't have the PT notification?
Should I submit Schedule 4 form upfront?

It is not mandatory to submit your nomination certificate along with the application.

You can answer YES to that question and submit your e-APR, IMO.

Yes we all thought PT will open the gateway, and we will quickly reach the destination with few difficulties.
Now our boat is in the midst of huge waves. The waves frequently make us feel that the boat is in danger.
Presently the waves are challenging and the applicants ’re nervous about handling them safely to the best of their ability.

Let's hope and pray we reach the destination without further difficulties.

Officers initials are found in AOR letter after the file number. But the officers are changed after AOR. Additional doc req are sent by some diff officers.

I am afraid if OINP has stopped work for the remaining weeks in this year. Can some one confirm the holidays in Canada for Government / OINP /IRCC
