December Application OINP

Finally got my AOR Today ;D application received 21st Dec 2015

Guys,

How do they know that you have a previous passport if there is no question about it in the form?
I mean, what if it's about a first passport issued??

I'm worried about this "new policy" because they can return applications that may not have any missing documents as they presumed.

What's your opinion???

Its a Black day in the history of OINP. Imagine they say this after 7 months !!!!!!!!

I have lost my hopes of nomination for all remaining applicants after today's incidence with sinab. They might switch nomination to 2017 saying 2016 quota is full. The November app are still waiting and no progress since long.

The speed at which they are processing applications makes me wonder if they will even reach 25 percent of their allotted 5500 nominations for 2016

I submitted my application on March 1, 2016. However, I left the "list of visits to Canada" section blank as I currently live in Toronto and have been here since last 6 years. There was also no red asterik on top of this section. All my other documents are complete. Would my application be returned? Please any guidance is valuable.

Do not take tension and relax. They do not return applications very often. December is the largest group and still there are minimum applications returned in comparison to former months like Nov where more than 7 applications were returned. So far the documents are concerned they will ask for additional documents. But for passport missing pages they cannot help. It means a big thing to them, because they will consider it to be a deliberate attempt to hide some pages.
