Has any of December Applicants, with AoR, got request for any kind of additional docs so far?

Thanks to OINP they give 3rd chance to resubmit, as this is not even due to validity problem. There must be some basic problem like Wrong name, amount or Date. Check it with the copy you have and if you find it okay, get a letter from bank that the DD is still valid and mail them. Hope it get resolves soon.

receipt is always to acknowledge the receipt of DD and it is always subject to realisation.

Nothing of the sort, however I'm in my bank now and they can't find any problems, they're offering to reissue a new draft free of charge anyway

I finally received a reply from OINP:

Please be advised that our records indicate the file referenced is at the second stage of processing, pending review by an Investigator Analyst.

However, I still did not receive the AOR or the receipt for the deposit. I already mentioned in the email that I still did not receive either of those.

Well the reply from them suggests they already issued the AOR. you just need to chase them sounding confident that ur aor is issued and they sent it to the wrong address.

akashdesai got his AOR mail ( duplicate) yesterday. but he was early Dec app so DD problem would have not arise

Now here is the twist. ziad87 you are an 29th Dec applicant means your DD must have expired. IF you have not recd your AOR mail and they have asked you for new DD in that mail, it is already beyond 30 days to send a new DD.

Please call them urgently and follow up asking your file number and whether you have to send a new DD or not.

Well my immigration lawyers are Campbell Cohen. They supposedly host this forum (no idea what's their exact relation...).
I'm assuming they issued the check from their account in Canada. I don't think the checks expire in 6 months like the ones issued from banks in India.

Anyways, they aren't even responding to any of my emails...

I wonder what will be the case with Luvanuj and joantasik. there DD must be expired and they have still not recd the email!! lets hope to hear something good from them

I apologize for not responding back right away. I was just so overwhelmed with the problems I am facing with regards to this OINP. I received AOR on June 24, 2016 and after no action has been done. I didn't want to check anything with regards to this because It gives me heartache, stress, depression and loneliness.

Can you please add on those people who received AOR thank you @bestofluck

congrats joanstasik. we were just worried about your update. We are all with you as frustrated and depressed, though keeping the smiles on just hoping that the ultimately the wait will give us positive results ! All is well what ends well !

Thank you. Can you also update it that I am a CEC applicant.

Also, to those CEC applicants here who wanted to increase their scores by IELTS or Celpip let me know cause I am thinking we can study together . No wonder you will soon see a reverse Draw with CRS 754 and just 490 invites :'( :'(

They have purely made it a CEC based EE. IRCC wants all CEC and has also instructed OINP to nominate only CEC.
