Did you order notes recently?Today I logged in to CIC to check my status. It showed "update" in front of the Permanent Residency application, but there was nothing new when I checked the application itself.
Not sure if it was a glitch or good news or on the way
I didn't. As anxious as I am about the final decision, I find it too early to order notes at this point.
Good to know ... I saw this yesterday too and I thought it was because I ordered notes on Mar 1st. Was scouring the forums if anyone had the same flash. Mine changed back to submitted immediately after.
I haven't seen anybody mentioning it in the forum either. Not sure what happened.
Fingers crossed and eyes wide open.

I have never been able to log in from the first time
It's exactly that for me too. I raised a technical issue through the portal -- which took a few attempts, BTW -- but got a canned response that wasn't very helpful. Not sure if i should feel good about knowing someone else has the same irritating problem.
