I hope you are well and receiving your updates,

I would like to know how the e-certificate is received, whether we need to do something, or if it is received by email. Also, I would like to check with you how long this process takes.

Congratulations! Did you receive an email to download it and with invitation code etc.?

Yeah, we receive the email with invitation code to create an account to download e cert. and I can download it right away after that.
