Elizabeth, my app was received Dec.18 also, so likely a few days before that because we mailed ours on the 15th. App received is the day they received it from the courier/canada post.
I sent it by mail around Dec 11th. Reached the visa office here on Dec 18.
Create a signature with your timeline like mine; so that folks can see it every time you make a post.
What is showing on your ECAS.. is it decision made or in process?? And when they start processing your application ??
I think we have very similar timelines. Our DM was April 15 for the PA. However I haven’t heard anything since then. Unfortunately based on the search of these forums it seems there are no fixed timelines between pre-arrival, DM and PPR.
You've given me some hope as I'm in a similar boat in terms of timeline, and annoyingly I also don't know the visa office location...
Dec 14 - App received
Feb 16 - AOR1
Feb 15 - Biometrics request
Feb 17 - Medical request
Feb 19 - Moved to Visa Office email (with no location)
Mar 13 - Medical Passed

We just received my husband's letter requesting for additional requirements. His file has been sent to Mexico VO but we still have no Biometrics request or Medicals. Is this normal? Do we need to send the documents first before we get those requests? Thank you!
