Because they don't check it nicely. The whole procedure is just a security theater. Canada doesn't have any proper technology's to do shit in terms of bg check or anything regardless of what people here would tell you. Medicals passed - January 2021
GCMS Notes received on November 3 2021 stated that Security is not started, everything else passed (ordered from gcmsnotes.com)
Re-medicals request - 4 November 2021 (1 day after receiving GCMS, I know these things are not related, but man, what a coincidence)
Re-medicals, actual exam date - 30 November 2021
Re-medicals passed - 4 December 2021 (the update came on Saturday, which is unexpected and exactly 30 days after the request, more coincidences?)

I am 10 Dec 20 AOR. My eligibility and security not started yet. Medical is expired now after one year anniversary. Flie transferred to NDVO in February and not touched after that.
Just an update. I ordered GCMS notes Aug 13 and just got them this past weekend. My file has not been worked on since February. Eligibility passed and info sharing in progress. Criminality and security not started. My medical is expired. Primary office is CPC-ottawa
maybe the gcms were generated a month ago, I think they have started or will start in jan 22

I got my notes in November and till than only R10 is done info sharing in process, no eligibility nor criminality started, file sent to NDVO in February 2021. NDVO is in deep sleep. (AOR 24 December 2020, SINP-EE)
It seems though, NDVO is only interested in Study permit applications. Since my AOR in Dec 2020, 4-5 friends of mine have got their study visas even after applying way behind me.

My AOR is on December 16th 2020 and I am an Inland applicant. Till date there is no update and it will be 1 year since I submitted my application. Is anyone on the same page.?
From the past 10 months my status is pending RCMP screening report for spouse. I dont understand how other are getting their PR on time or less than the time specified. There is no transparency from IRCC and its a mental harassment. IRCC does not follow the first come first serve bases.....
