As far as I know medical is valid for a uear
Yes, you're right. I am thinking positive. The previous Medicals were valid until Jan 2021. Since, the process is taking more than a year, perhaps they wanted us to do it again.

Just an update for everyone on this thread waiting for LVO.

Our application submitted Dec 23, 2019.
Medical and Biometircs done in Feb 2020.
File transfers to LVO March 2020. Pandemic starts.
Received in ECAS online that file has begun processing July 23, 2020.
November 11, 2020 - request for updated Schedule A, Police certificates for Spain and UK, and Travel info.
Dec 1, 2020 - Received pre- arrivals letter
ORDERED GCMS NOTES - stated eligibility passed and waiting on Criminality. Note included about our unusual relationship but cleared as evidence and proofs provided.
Submitted Schedule A and Travel info.

I strongly believe we would have received our COPR if we could have submitted our police certificates which were delayed till today because of being unable to travel to Spain to access it. Good luck to everyone.

I think the pre-arrival is an automatic email once you pass eligibility. Now it is just waiting for criminal check. It really shouldn't take long if someone really work on it. Once the criminal check is passed. DM and then PPR. My husband's GCMS note in his express entry application says he passed criminal check in only 1 week. That was over 5 years ago when he applied his PR

GCKEY still shows Background check is in progress. :-(
